Waterbury Center, VT., is located in Central Vermont near the famous New England ski town of Stowe. We’re a 40 minute drive from the state’s largest city of Burlington, a bustling college town on the shores of Lake Champlain with the closest International Airport (BTV); a 25 minute drive from the State’s Capital, Montpelier; and a 3 hour drive from Boston.
There is lots to see and do in the area and you may want to tack on an extra day on either side of your coffee course to explore and enjoy yourself. Located in the heart of the Green Mountains, our quaint New England nearby town of Waterbury and its environs offer four seasons of scenic beauty and fun activities. In winter you can ski at nearby Stowe, Sugarbush or Mad River Glen; in Fall, the foliage is world-class and spectacular; in Summer, the area is resplendent with lush greenery, cool rivers and mountain hikes. Year ’round, you can visit Cold Hollow Cider Mill for its famous cider doughnuts or take a tour at nearby Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream plant.
