This 2 day, hands-on coffee roasting course is designed for the intermediate roaster who wishes to refine their roasting techniques.
The course will cover everything about the roasting process along with physical and sensory evaluations of both green beans and roasted beans. Roast profiling & development, along with how time and temperature effects the final taste outcome will be studied.
This course takes place in our working roastery with the opportunity to roast on 5 different roasters. Students will have hand-on instruction tailored to their needs.
