Five Day Roaster’s Course

Beginner, intermediate or advanced coffee roasters, there’s something for everyone in this intensive roasting workshop. Learn about green coffees and their unique characteristics form a multitude of source regions. Learn roasting profiles on several roasters from sample roaster to 60 kilo drum roaster. Hands-on roasting and cupping exercises take place daily in a small class setting. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own coffees for roasting and analysis.

Anyone currently roasting coffee or involved with a coffee roastery should attend this course.
