Coffee 103 β Coffee Fanatics
In Coffee 101, we begin at source and discover where coffee really comes from, how itβs planted, grown and processed.
Then we explore how different methods of preparation and extraction can make the same coffee taste dissimilar.
In Coffee 102, we experience the sensorial differences of coffees from Asia, Africa and the Americas. Review extraction parameters and essential elements to brewing. Cup, taste and experiment with coffees from our farmers and their small coops.
Coffee 103 is an adventure in coffee tasting. Experiment with us the subtleties of different nuances in coffees from the same farm when the terrain, varieties and processes change.
