Coffee Lab International’s laboratory is the first of its kind to be certified by the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) to conduct the SCAA Cupping Judge courses.
Mané Alves, founder and president of Coffee Lab International and world renowned coffee expert presides over the courses with additional adjunct instructors whenever appropriate.
